We make things as clear and simple as possible, allowing to help you spread the finances of your new and exciting build.
Initial deposit: 30 % of job value
This secures your date in the diary. It allows us to purchase materials and the doors and windows early to avoid any delays.

All the buildings we create are totally bespoke from start to finish.
One of the main benefits of our offering is that we provide a genuinely tailored solution, to both suit the space you have available and your specific requirements. We have huge flexibility in terms of size, layout and specification and we can tailor a building that is perfectly fit for your purpose.
Our rooms start at around £18k + VAT.
To give you an indication on what you can expect us to quote, most of our small and medium size rooms range from £18-25k + VAT and our larger ones from £25-£40k+ VAT.
Garden Room Finance
We fully appreciate that purchasing a quality garden room from us, is a large purchase for a lot of our customers. This is why we offer finance solutions which can help some of our customers to purchase their dream garden room.
